El Chital, Axis, or spotted deer is what started this journey in 2024. To say it's grown into an obsession is an understatement. A year later we own a family ranch the pasture next to where we spotted out first ever. with plans for 4 generations to move here full time and live in the hill country glory full time. We intend to hunt, breed, and eat axis while soaking up everything this country offers. Come join us on our journey.
